First shot is a transitional Kinetic Typography that fills the screen, similar to the Malthouse Instagram 2020 season promotion post.

Alternatively, a shot of confetti falling could be used as the main shot, or as a transitional effect between shots.

Alternatively, an existing shot of the building from previous videos could be outsourced and used for a nice establishing shot of the building

Flash to second shot of Kinetic Typography, that again, fills the screen with its text. The text font and background colour should be different from shot 1.

This shot can be done 1 of 2 ways. The first is to film the bottle being opened on a plain back-drop that can be changed in colour, or in the bar at the Malthouse theatre.

The next shot should be of the exterior of the Malthouse, since that is what is actually being celebrated. I had the idea of the video uploaded 4 times with 4 differing colour changes in sequence with timing of music

Additionally, a similar art style can be applied to this in many differing ways, such as this pop art style.

As well as this, other shots of the celebrations can be taken on the day of the 2020 Season Opening night, as well as outsourcing footage that has already been taken as part of the Coopers Malthouse Venue Hire video clips. Any similar footage to this could help also.

This could work with collaboration of interior celebration footage, also taken on the season 2020 opening night, as well as outsourcing footage from the venue hire video amongst any other promotional/professional footage.

The group also insisted that for the sake of the longer video it was important that we got fun interviews from not only the creatives at Malthouse, but also the employees that had been working at Malthouse for the entire 30 years that it has been around.

We wanted to make sure that the interviews had multiple shots just as these do, one close up and one mid-shot. We wanted to change things up, however, and rather than include a static mid-shot or static close-up, we want at least one of our angles to be moving on a rhino slider, for a more dynamic clip.

Additionally, the group agreed that it would be fantastic to actually get the shots on the stage, and have an opening shot of each of them entering the stage and taking a seat, as well as a shot at the end of all the videos, and perhaps at the end of the entire video itself, of all the employees holding each-others hands and bowing, symbolising that they are also a very important part of the show.
